The aim is to widen and deepen knowledge and skills in the field of financial engineering instruments, the financing needs of the company, as well as performance analysis. The main emphasis will be placed on understanding the company in its entirety and complexity, particularly with regard to the basic function of the target enterprise, increase market value and maximize wealth for shareholders.

Examination Requirements:
Written test - Passing the test is a prerequisite for accession to the oral test, test the student must demonstrate knowledge of tools, models, the ability of their application and interpretation of results
Oral exam - the student can proceed to oral exam on the basis of a successful written test

2. Long-term financing - resources, costs, risk - depending on the phase lifecycle.
3. The viewpoint affecting capital mix - interest tax shield, WACC, balance sheet rules, financial leverage.
4. Financial analysis, absolute indicators, horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio indicators - profitability, activity, liquidity, leverage, capital market productivity. Analysis of working capital. Aggregate indicators - Altman, IN05. EVA.
5. Methods of investment evaluation.
6. Specifics of finance depending on the stage of the life cycle.

The aim of the study is to gain knowledge and skills in the use of analytical tools and methods of evaluation of the company and the creation of synthetic outputs, which may help in further improving corporate governance in financial management.
