Synopsis:

Labor relations - establishment, change and termination, liability of employer, liability of employee, collective bargaining.

Requirements:

The student takes an examination in the form of a written, practically-oriented test to test his/her knowledge and skills. The written test is within the scope of the lectures and required sources. The test is performed in a contact manner, or via the relevant information system applications, if it is not possible to perform the test in attendance.

and labour law matters

2.Establishment and changes of employment relationship

3. Termination of the employment relationship I

4. Termination of the employment relationship II

5.Working hours, rest periods, holidays

6.Remuneration of employees

7.Obstacles at work

8.Agreements on work performed outside the employment

relationship

9.Health and safety at work, care of employees

10.Special working conditions for certain employees, equal

treatment and non-discrimination

11. Employers' liability for harm

12. Employee's liability for harm

13. Inspection activities, illegal employment

14. Collective labour law

Study Objective:

The course introduces the issues of labour law and labour relations. Students learn about the principles of establishment, change and termination of basic employment relationships and other aspects that are essential to their role as employees, managers or employers (entrepreneurs).
