Synopsis:

Technology of the preparatory process in the offer phase. Calculation of decisive works. Production of technological procedures. Supplier documentation. Provision of collection points, seizures, primary and secondary transport. TPP during construction - passporting, marking, quality control. OHS and PO. Environmental aspects, reduction of noise, dust, vibrations, traffic pollution, green protection. Tests, revisions, inspections during construction. Work in protective zones, work during operation. Auxiliary processes - production of reinforcement. Production of fresh concrete. Production and transport of mortars, putty, adhesives, PSV production plant.

Requirements:

Participation in exercises, a maximum of 3 excused absences, continuous submission of individual tasks, after obtaining credit, successful completion of the exam on the lectured material.

Syllabus of lectures:

1. Rights and obligations of TDS, contractual relationship in variants.

2. Processes performed by TDS, workload, remuneration.

3. Documentation and types of management, construction permits in variants, authorities and infrastructure managers.

4. Documents necessary for the use of the building during construction, their procurement and content, acceptance and approval in variants.

5. Control of project documentation in terms of compliance with legal regulations and factual correctness. Basic defects of projects.

6. Awarding of public and other construction contracts, requirements of contracting authorities.

7. Offer of construction contracts for individual tenders, preparation of the bidder.

8. Basic pre-production and production preparation of the contractor.

9. Rights and obligations of the Copyright Supervisor, contractual relationship, job description.

10. Rights and obligations of the construction manager and foreman, employment contract.

11. Processes performed by the construction manager and foreman, job description.

12. Assembly stages, their identification and specifics.

13. Special work in construction, area decontamination, marksman, work with explosives.
