Synopsis:

Professional practice is an important part of academic education in undergraduate degree programmes. The student will gain a basic understanding of duties and professional responsibilities. The professional practice evaluates the sum of all knowledge acquired through previous theoretical studies and is a proof of their acquisition.

Requirements:

The conditions for successful completion of the course are set out in the annually updated Information on Compulsory Professional Practice for Students of the Programme of the Vice-Dean for Teaching.

During the professional practice, the student gets acquainted with the characteristics of the company, firm or office, has direct participation in the work or familiarization with the company's activities, results, etc. At the end of the internship, the student will evaluate the benefits of the internship for the learner and prepare a report on the internship.

Study Objective:

Objectives include gaining a basic understanding of the economic, procedural and legal relationships of the professional environment, gaining basic practical experience and a basic awareness of duties and professional responsibilities.

Study materials:

Study materials are provided by the company, firm or office where the student is doing the internship.

Note:

The state final exam will include a presentation about the completed internship.
