Synopsis:

The aim of the course is to introduce participants to the business processes and their implementation on the example of SAP S/4 HANA enterprise information system. The course provides students with knowledge of business processes and their configuration and basics of IT project management. Participants will learn theory and complete individual and group hands-on assignments.

Requirements:

Exam consists of graded assessments and the final test.

Study Objective:

Students who successfully complete this unit will be able to:

1) Define and describe the concepts of business process, business process value, improvement, reengineering and workflow;

2) Understand and describe basics of ERP implementation projects;

3) Understand the implementation of integrated business processes in SAP S/4 HANA;

4) Identify and analyze problems in real-life business processes;

5) Develop scenario analysis, critical thinking and project plannings skills.
