The seminar will focus on the training of soft skills required for a career in academia. Students will learn and practice the basics of project management and presentation of scientific research. They will learn how to work with a scientific publication to understand what makes a good/bad scientific study. They will discuss the recent advancements in research, develop critical thinking and analytical skills. Active participation and open discussion is expected from every participant. The most recent research in the field of application of ionizing radiation presented in peer-reviewed scientific journals will be analysed.

1.-4.: Basics of project management applied on the research of each individual student participating in the seminar, 5.-9. Presentation skills applied on the research field of each individual student participating in the seminar, 10.-13. Analysis of the most recent scientific publications in the field of each individual student participating in the seminar.
