Synopsis:

The study objective of the course is to obtain basic theoretical and practical knowledge of the construction of a company. Besides the theoretical background, the goal of this subject is also to observe the complexity and coherence of relations within business practice, regardless of the company's professional focus.

2. Capital structure and structure of assets. Financial documents.

3. Company financing. Working capital. Cash flow.

4. Business environment. Specification and identification of stakeholders. Basic rules and principles of the market analysis.

5. Business plan of a company.

6. Cost analysis. Cost classification. Cost according to the volume of provided outputs.

7. Break event point analysis. Indicators of efficiency.

8. Financial analysis.

9. Evaluation of the financial situation of a company.

10. Time value of money. Interest rates in the economy.

11. Investment. Basic methods of investment evaluation.

12. Investment financing.

13. Dividend policy.

14. Life cycle of the company.
