CRM - leadership, situational awareness, decision making process, communication, effect of stress to the multi-crew performance, standard operational procedures, automation.

Acquirement of principles, methods and goals of multi-crew cooperation and familiarization with the crew resource management in relation to the optimalization. The highest level of flight safety in the area of air transport is the main goal of this course.
