Synopsis:

The course focuses on group work by students on real project documentation. Building on knowledge from previous courses, students prepare an investor's control itemized budget (bill of quantities) for three building objects of a construction project, using benchmark/reference prices via the application software KROS (ÚRS Price System). Students' independent work consists of preparing a bill of quantities in accordance with Decree No. 169/2016 Coll. and the correct application of budget items from the ÚRS.CZ database according to TSKP (Classification of Building Structures and Works), at the currently valid price level.

The basis for the course is project documentation of an actual (real) construction project with a budgeted cost exceeding CZK 15 million.
