- Synopsis:

The course gives a comprehensive idea of procedures in land-use planning on specific examples, where students individually process the individual phases of the land-use planning process from the analysis of the territory to a simple design and its transcription into the regulation of the territory.
Successful completion of the course will replace the independent compulsory seminar work of the subject YUR3.

1. Assignment of seminar paper (task 1 - 6).
2. Broader relations, limits of the territory resulting from valid legislation at the level of the state and municipality (monument protection, nature and landscape protection, including mineral wealth, protection zones of engineering and transport infrastructure, sanitary and noise zones, publicly beneficial buildings and the like).
3. Consultation of work in progress No. 1.
4. Survey of the selected area (detailed condition of the territory determined by a walking survey on the spot).
5. Consultation of task 2.
6. Territory values.
7. Consultation of task 3.
8. Problems in the territory, problem drawing (based on walking survey and limit drawing, to process the problem drawing for the solution proposal).
9. Consultation of task 4.
10. Urban-architectural design (on the basis of a problematic drawing, draw a proposal for the functional use of the territory at the level of the land-use plan using functional regulation of the territory into the map background of the submitted sample of the territory).
11. Regulatory principles, system of territorial regulation (to draw a design of the solution as a drawing of the spatial arrangement into a selected sample of the territory and a proposal of a solution with elements of functional and spatial regulation in the level of the regulatory plan).
12. Consultation of tasks 5 and 6.
13. Submission of seminar work.
