The subject will be discussed the issue of aviation and space legislation from the perspective of ICAO, EASA and national requirements.

4) The regulations for the operational capability of civil aviation

5) The regulations for certification of civil aircraft technology

6) Airframe certifications

7) Certification of propulsion units

8) Cosmic legislation

9) Unmanned Aviation Legislation

10) The investigation of air accidents

11) The safety of air transport

12) Environment

13) The expected development of aviation legislation

Study Objective:

Introduction into the aviation and space legislation. The operancy of the Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic, ICAO, EASA and national aviation authorities. European and national norms applicable to the certification of aircraft and spacecraft technology.
