Synopsis:

Flight safety analysis in relation to human factor. MCC - basic principles, phases and methods within the area of air transport. CRM - leadership, situational awareness, decision making process, communication, effect of stress to the multi-crew performance, standard operational procedures, automation.

Requirements:

Student is member of ATP(A) a already is involved in theoretical subject study in Professional Pilot branch CTU.

Study Objective:

Acquirement of principles, methods and goals of multi-crew cooperation and familiarization with the crew resource management in relation to the optimalization. The highest level of flight safety in the area of air transport is the main goal of this course.
