Synopsis:

The seminary is supposed to motivate the student´s interest in the field of dosimetry, especially in medical physics. Introductory lectures will be devoted to support for future writing of a bachelor's thesis. The following lectures are given by the former students of DDAIR, who are currently employed in various organizations (SÚRO, v.v.i., ÚJF AV ČR v.v.i., ÚJV Řež, ČMI, Hospital Na Homolce, FN v Motole, PTC Czech s.r.o.).

Introductory lectures to support the writing of a bachelor's thesis, followed by lectures by practitioners on routine and research activities in the field of medical physics.

Examples of lecture topics:

1. Electronic information sources, Citation according to the ISO 690 standard

2. How to quickly and efficiently develop research, How to write a bachelor's thesis

3. Introduction to radiotherapy, x-ray diagnostics and nuclear medicine

Obtaining background knowledge and orientation in the field of dosimetry and application of ionizing radiation in medical physics.

Basic orientation in ionizing radiation applications in medical physics.
