Conditions for the exam: Obtaining credit from the exercise

Knowledge in the scope of lectures and also incl. introductory knowledge from already discussed and directly related subjects in the bachelor's study

In the course of the lectures, 2 to 3 unannounced tests in the range of 1 to 2 questions may be written with a point. Writing tests is not mandatory. In the event of a tie in the actual exam, the point(s) will be awarded.

8. Bid preparation, production preparation, operative preparation, calculation formula, invoicing, risks

Syllabus of tutorials:

I. - Establishment of a design firm

Introduction - software

Business plan (main activities, number of employees, .), investment and operating costs, sources of financing

II.- Investor preparation

Calculation of investor costs

Development of an application for zoning approval and an application for a building permit Schedule

Cash flow of renting an object, Cash flow of selling an object Network graphs

III. Third block - contractor's offer. Item budget, recapitulation, limits Schedule

A schedule will be created from the itemized budget that has already been prepared. Requests and evaluation of offers. Blind budget

Study Objective:

Acquirement of an overall understanding of organization, management and financing of construction projects from client´s and contractor´s point of view.
