The course is divided into two parts: quality control of the project documentation in terms of compliance with the implementing regulations and quality control of the works carried out. The scope of the subject is the quality control during the construction process with a focus on the quality of project documentation, monitoring of crucial parameters of construction and progress of works, management of changes during implementation. Construction quality assurance tools. Technical standards and regulations. Construction quality control. Material and product quality assurance. Listing of the most common errors at the level of project documentation and during the implementation of the construction delivery.

Introduction to the quality of construction work from the perspective of the quality system of the construction company.
Technical risks of project documentation and construction implementation. Examples from practice.
Legislative requirements for the quality of project documentation, construction products and construction participants. Principles of checking the completeness and correctness of project documentation.
Basic requirements for the protection of the substructure against water and radon. Principles for the implementation of anti-radon measures.
Fundamentals and principles in the design and construction of buildings from a building physics perspective. Examples of design solutions for spatial layouts and details in terms of thermal engineering, acoustics, etc. Inspection methods in the execution of buildings and their completion.
Fire engineering requirements for roofing, non-load bearing structures, HVAC, etc.
Requirements for finishes of building structures and evaluation of their quality (floors, visual concrete, SDK structures, tiles, etc.).
