The aim of the teaching course is to introduce students to basic techniques of project management. Project is used as a standard instrument for result achievement within given time period, given budget and disposable resources. During lessons students will introduced to using of Microsoft Project.

Knowledge: project management theory basics, including necessary analyses.
Abilities: Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to analyze, formulate and solve problems of project management. Students learn to use modeling techniques and to use MS project as the standard software for project management.
