Following introductory lectures on financial law, its sources, the financial system, and commercial corporations, a substantial part of the Financial Law course deals with capital markets, collective investment, business financing options, and other topics, the basic knowledge of which can be considered one of the fundamental pillars of the legal awareness of MÚVS students in financial law.
- Requirements:

A prerequisite for successful completion of the exam is knowledge of the lecture material and selected provisions of relevant legal regulations, including discussed court case law and specified literature.
Verification of knowledge and skills will be carried out by means of a written test, the evaluation of which will correspond to the CTU standards specified in the Study and Examination Regulations.

The aim of the Financial Law course is to familiarize students with legal regulations and institutions that can be considered essential for acquiring a basic overview and knowledge, particularly in the area of business financing, which can be further utilized not only within the relevant study program, but also in subsequent practice.
