Anotace:

Teamwork is the basis of most of the activities that people perform in companies and their personal lives. In this course, students can try how to solve a technical task in a team, how to cooperate, how to communicate together and how to solve problems such as project delays, how to include external influences in the plan, etc.

During the semester, one lecture will be held covering the fundamentals of project management, with an emphasis on conducting meetings with the project supervisor (consultations).

Osnova cvičení:

The course is conducted in the form of regular consultations with the project supervisor (project sponsor). During individual consultations, the project team:

presents the current progress of the project,

evaluates the fulfillment of defined partial tasks and milestones,

identifies risks and any deviations from the plan,

updates the schedule and work plan for the next consultation,

assigns responsibilities among team members,

documents the decisions made.
