Synopsis:

The content of the course consists of various quality management systems with a focus on the most frequently used systems as well as non-systematic approaches to quality. It also contains examples of practical use of quality systems.

Approaches to quality assurance

The context of the organization and the link of quality to the strategy of the organization

Roles and tasks of top management in management systems

Management of processes and their system

Human resources and the human factor in the context of quality management

Documentation, infrastructure and environment in the context of quality management

Customer requirements for product, design and development

Management of production and provision of services, management of nonconforming outputs

Control system in quality management

Internal audits of management systems

Risks and opportunities, conflict resolution

Continual improvement
