-system of the commercial law

-business (not based on the Trade law), enterpreneur

-business relations and legal requirements

-ensurance of business commitment

-different contracts in accordance with the Commercial Code -business companies:

-partnerships

-companies with limited liability

-joint stock companies

-other companies

-international and multinational companies

Study Objective:

Goal of the course is to give students orientation in the field of commercial legislation. Students should develop their knowledge of the Commercial Code and its relationship to Civil Code.
