Synopsis:

Extension of the field of concrete bridges. The technologies of bridge construction represent main part of the study. Specifications of individual structural systems.

Requirements:

Completion of the bachelor course.

The exercise is limited to 2 x 1 lesson. The basic detailing rules in bridges are explained.

Study Objective:

The objective of the study is to teach the general design of bridges, including their construction. The importance of the conceptual design of the bridge as an important engineering structure.
