The course is focused to linear transport theory. Its main part is devoted to exact solution of important problems for transport equation. As well the solutions to various approximations of the problems concerning transition of neutral particles through a material medium are included in the course. Several lectures are devoted to numeric solutions, especially to: discrete-ordinate method, variation methods, the first collision method and Monte Carlo method. One of lectures deals with configuration in blanket of ADS systems and with computations in the field of transmutation reactors.
