Cíle studia:

The goal of this course is to teach students the basic principles and tools in project management so that they cn work as project team members or project manager assisstant. The ain focus will be on project terminology and project planning both teoretically and practically on a case of a semestral team project. They will be able to identify and treat main project risks.
