The course focuses on interactive teaching, which combines theoretical foundations with practical workshops and case studies. The teaching will take place in the form of block teaching, which will allow for intensive student involvement and deeper work with the topics. In addition to academic staff from the Institute of Management and Business Economics, experienced managers from business practice and experts from consulting institutions will also actively participate in the teaching within selected blocks. Their direct input and experience will allow students to better understand the application of management methods in a real environment and acquire key skills.

The aim of the course is to equip students with comprehensive knowledge and practical competencies in the field of modern management and leadership.
