Educational and Pedagogical Component of the Diploma Thesis

Synopsis:

The student becomes familiar with the principles of thesis writing, conducts a literature review and research of additional sources, proposes the structure and methodology of the work, and submits the theoretical didactic-pedagogical part of the thesis. These outcomes are presented and defended in front of peers at the end of the semester.

1.Principles of thesis writing and common mistakes (joint seminar, 2B)

2.Independent student work under the supervision of the thesis advisor (conducted through regular individual consultations. The student is expected to apply and adhere to knowledge gained in general pedagogy, general didactics, educational psychology, and related fields)

3.Presentation of the diploma project and theoretical thesis outline to fellow students and academic staff of FNSPE, followed by discussion (joint seminar, 2B)

Study Objective:

The aim of the course is to support the student in selecting high-quality literature as a foundation for the theoretical part of the thesis and to guide them in developing this section for their diploma thesis.
