The course expands knowledge of businesses' practices to recruit and select employees. Its focus is on developing the skills needed to process job applicant materials. It also focuses on understanding the approaches employers use to assess the competencies and motivation of job applicants.
- Requirements:

Requirements for completing the course:
1. Prepare a job description for a job position that requires a secondary school education with a high school diploma or a bachelor's degree (you can use the National Occupational System, https://nsp.cz/);
2. Prepare a job advertisement (based on the job description written according to point 1;
3. Prepare a motivation/cover letter and CV of the job applicant for the advertisement created according to point 2.
