The subject is participation in a one-off professional event, usually a lecture by a foreign guest of the FIT CTU, concluded with a workshop, a test, drafting a report, etc.Such an event must be approved in advance by the vice-dean for pedagogical activities or the vice-dean for science and research and is presented within the FIT through a website, infomail, etc.

The course cannot be enrolled by students themselves, it is enrolled by the FIT Office of Study Affairs, retrospectively after the event has ended, based on demonstrable information that the relevant students have completed the event and demonstrably succeeded in the final evaluation (test, drafting of the report, etc.).
The method of evaluation is always part of the event description, it is presented at the announcement of the event and the results are available after the event has ended.
Information about the event, together with the attendance list, is delivered to the FIT Office of Study Affairs usually by the event organizer or guarantor of the NI-AOA course, but the student himself can also do so.
The attendance list must contain a name list with signatures and a reference to the event or another document showing which students fulfilled the conditions for the credit.
