Synopsis:

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the planning and design of automated handling and assembly systems. Attention is paid to individual concepts of process solutions in terms of installation flexibility for Industry 4.0.

Requirements:
Syllabus of lectures:

1. Fundamentals of technological designing, P-Q and P-G diagrams, manufacturing process and its breakdown

2. Design considerations assembly (Design for Assembly) base? types, technology base, base construction, conversion of dimensional chains, tolerance, precision manufacturing to mounting

3. Basic handling means and approaches to developing automated handling

4. Importance of technological design product concepts for the design of assembly processes

5. Single-handling equipment, products

6. Programmable handling (robotic) systems, gripping systems? programming methods

7. Calculation of basic parameters for designing assembly processes

8. Survey assembly activities

9. Analysis of assembly workplaces in terms of technical and organizational conditions

10. Materials Handling and storage, material flow analysis, supply assembly lines, logistics, assembly

11. Sorting time consumption, study time consumption in the production process, marking time components symbols, marking the time consumption in production bases, study time consumption in innings

12. Standardization of the assembly processes, methods time

13. Product Lifecycle and installation concept for Industry 4.0
