The aim of the course is to teach students to implement their own project in practice. At the theoretical level, the aim of the course is to acquaint students in a comprehensive and comprehensible form with key parameters of project management, major industry standards and laws of innovation project in terms of time, organization, finance, process, etc. they will gain the ability to formulate a comprehensive business plan, prepare documentation of their innovation project, design a product marketing strategy and complete their work in the practical part of teaching by developing an offer for potential investors. Exercises will take place within student teams. The topics of innovation projects will not be limited by the field.

The course is closed with a graded credit based on the innovation project developed by the students throughout the exercises and homeworks.
