Synopsis:

The Course deals with modelling of biological systems and their parts. Open biological system exchanges with its environment mass, momentum and energy and exploits them for preservation its existence by means of its internal mechanisms. General biological system is compound with solid components (bones, cartilages) soft tissues (muscles, fats), and fluids (blood, sinovial liquids). Hence it is necessary at description to start from general lawfulness of mechanics and thermodynamics of bodies and fluids. They are lows of balance of mass (chemical reactions), balance of momentum (force effects of muscles), balance of energy (mutual transformations of different kinds of energy) and balance of entropy (directions of transitions of energy and substances).
