The aim of teaching the subject is to acquire basic skills in creating and using manual three-dimensional drawing at such a level that this skill becomes a usable communication tool for further study and practice in the field of Scenic Technology.
Students will become familiar with the graphic representation of geometric shapes, followed by more complex shapes of various structures and character. With various expressive drawing techniques. They will get to know the basic principles and types of composition, as well as the theory of colors and their use for different situations.
They will get to know the basic rules of graphic editing when presenting photos in combination with text.

The condition for classification is active participation in classes (max. 3 excused absences are allowed), the student must make up for missed exercises in the lessons of the second group, exceptionally by self-study and consultations with teachers. Consultation outside of ZKGP classes is possible after agreement with the teacher, but does not replace the student's presence in classes.
The student must apologize in writing by e-mail to both teachers of his group.
It is undesirable for students to engage in activities other than those related to ZKGP classes during the lessons designated for ZKGP.

1st week:
a/ introduction to the semester program
b/ simplified basics of composition rule of thirds
c/ drawing: freehand long lines, connecting points, hatching, demonstration of shading
2nd week:
a/ Introductory lecture 30 min (course supervisor)
b/ Drawing a still life according to reality, composition of geometric bodies
3rd week:
a/ Handwritten writing, basic rules, homework assignment: handwritten alphabet + continuous text (technical writing written between the lines)
b/ Drawing according to reality: CHAIRS
c/ Drawing according to reality: DRAPÉRY
4th week:
COLOR
a/ introduction to the basics of color theory
b/ mixing colors and drawing with crayons,
color composition of warm colors, color composition of cold colors
c/ drawing according to reality of compositions of geometric bodies and drapery with crayons
5th week:
AXONOMETRY / ISOMETRICS
a/ Composition of simple geometric objects in drawing axonometry
b/ drawing of real objects using basic geometric shapes

b/ drawing of schematized human figures on a small scale

INTRODUCTION TO SKETCHING IN PERSPECTIVE

a/ Single-vanishing perspective - composition of cubes
b/ double-vanishing perspective - free composition of cuboids and cylinders, own shadows on objects, imaginary light source from one direction

Drawing of space according to reality

a/ Drawing of a given imaginary space in which there is 1 geometric object, 1 figure, 1 side wall with graphics (font) according to the assignment
b/ drawing a composition of traces of colored light cones on a given scene
Week 10:
Drawing a composition of several simple objects in a given space
according to the source of inspiration or according to the assignment of objects by the teacher.
Drawings of orthoviews of the composition. Variants of the location and shapes of objects, color moods.
Week 11:
BASIC PRINCIPLES OF GRAPHIC EDITING
a/ Introduction to various graphic programs on various platforms
b/ Usual basic rules of graphic editing of printed matter. Texts and photographs. Basics of editing a file before printing
c/ Assignment of a poster format 297 x 840 mm (2 x A3 vertically above each other) and the title page of a sketchbook format A3
d/ Drawing a composition of several simple objects in a given space
according to the source of inspiration or according to the assignment of objects by the teacher.

Week 12:
a/ Sketching of the graphic layout of the poster and the cover page of the sketchbook
b/ Consultation of the poster, selection for presentation on the final poster, consultation and selection of the cover page
