Gain basic practical knowledge in computer aided techniques used in sheet and bulk metal forming processes.
•Implementation of computer-aided techniques in metalworking processes. Hardware and software requirements
•Algorithm for input of material, geometry, machine tools and production method data entry.
•CAD/CAM for bulk deformation processes
•Numerical simulation of metal flow by FormFem; QForm software in closed-die forging.
•CAD/CAM for deep drawing
•Possibilities of utilization of simulation software in sheet metal forming.
