- Synopsis:
-
The subject „Digital documentation of monumental objects“ deals with modern methods of documentation and visualization of monumental objects using methods of close digital photogrammetry, laser scanning, RPAS (remotely piloted aircraft system, so called drones) and measuring geodesy. Digital orthophotos, photo plans and vector plans, 3D models of objects including texture, sections and views are created. Part of the subject deals with virtual reconstruction of unpreserved or damaged parts of objects and their visualization. For the visualization methods, the environment of advanced computer technology and virtual reality are used. The last part of the course is a subsurface non-destructive survey of objects using GPR and magnetometer and analysis of the measured data.
- Requirements:
-
