The subject offers the opportunity to deal with the issues of advanced cost management methods. Part of the tutorial is the processing of case study.

• Analysis and calculation of LCC (life cycle cost) - construction project, building, structure. Deterministic and

stochastic approach.

• Cost management of large construction projects – cost planning, cost controlling, claim management, change

management etc.

• Activity-Based Costing (ABC), Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing (T-D ABC)

• Activity-Based Management (ABM) and its linkage to cost management

• Strategic cost management tools

• Value management
