Synopsis:

The subject acquaints students with the legislative framework of entrepreneurial activity in which the graduates will predominantly act in their future practice, whether as entrepreneurs or employees. The subject therefore focuses not only on the general issues of the legal regime of business under the Civil Code and some special laws, but it also dedicates to other legal institutes which are related to the business and are, in particular, a prerequisite for successful and correct performance of this activity.

Study Objective:

The course should provide students with practical instructions on the procedures related to the issue, such as obtaining an appropriate trade license, proceedings in matters of the Commercial Register, the procedure of establishing companies, entering into employment relations and their termination, and others.
