Synopsis:

The project focuses on either product innovation or process innovation. The subject of the solution is either innovation of a real existing company or innovation related to the chosen business plan. Within the project solution, students will carry out a detailed specification of the project parameters, justify the scope and necessity of the chosen solution, characterize the relevant market, customers and competition, perform economic and financial evaluation of the project feasibility, identify key economic and uneconomic risks of the project.

Requirements:

Students process the project in accordance with the specified steps. Teaching takes the form of consultations. During the semester, students submit to the control the solution of partial stages of the project. At the end of the semester, students present and defend the overall project solution.

Study Objective:

The aim of the project is primarily to teach students to search and analyze the needed input data, lead them to perceive the links among data, phenomena and processes, develop their creativity and skills, defend and present their designs and solutions.
