Synopsis:

The content of the subject is the management and control of the operation of buildings using the support of modern technologies. Familiarization with the issues of implementation and operation of facility management using the CAFM system. The focus of the software support will be both on the passportization of basic property data and, in particular, on the planning, management and evaluation of the most frequently used facility management processes.

3. Passport of real estate and premises

4. Operative maintenance, helpdesk, planned maintenance, revisions, energy management

5. Management of rental and other contractual relationships, property registration and inventory

6. Use of space (space planning), shared desking and moving

7. Key and card management

11. Property records and inventory

12. Use of space (space planning), shared desking and moving

Study Objective:

Understanding the issue of administration and management of building operations. Familiarization with SW support within CAFM.
