Synopsis:

The course acquaints students with procedures for creating a company strategy project.

Syllabus of lectures:

1. Philosophy of strategic management - mission, vision, strategic goals and projects, competitive advantage

2. Audit of strategic management

3. Product strategy - client segmentation, structure of products and services, pricing, margin

4. Product audit and proposal of changes

5. Business and marketing strategy - Brand, Business development, sales promotion

6. Audit of business strategy and proposal of changes

7. Strategic process and information management - process maps, organization, digitization and automation

8. Process audit - simplification and digitization proposal

9. Strategic relationship management - clients, partners, suppliers, local leaders, client center work

10. Audit of the level of cooperation with key partners

11. Financial strategy - plans, budgets, controlling

12. Financial budget audit and draft recommendation

13. Managerial and personnel strategy - company values, management speeds, motivation
