Synopsis:

Getting familiar with basic measurements of diffefent processes in fusion devices. Getting through basic theory, and data processing.

Requirements:

Knowledge of basic course of physics

Syllabus of lectures:

1. Electrostatic probes measurements: Langmuir probe

2. Magnetic probes measurement: magnetic coils

3. Basics of microwave interferometry

4. Paschen curve: measurement of the breakdown in various pressures and electric field

5. Optical spectroscopy

6. Emissive lines of calibration lams
