Synopsis:

The content of the subject is to acquaint the student with the basics of economics and management, which the student will be able to apply in practice.

Requirements:

Classified credit will consist of:

oComprehensively developed semester work

oPresentation of semester work/workshop

o80% participation in exercises (two absences allowed)

-Macroeconomic cycle.

-Programs for the area of innovative business.

-Market economy.

-Joint stock company. Company with limited liability. Self-employed person.

-Tax policy.

-Super gross salary, gross salary, net salary.

-Marketing.

-Evaluation of project work.

-Measurement report.

-Calculation, budget.

-Calculations.

-Time planning.

-Billing.

-Economic efficiency.

-Returnability. NPV. IRR.

-Business project. 9 elements. Business plan.

-Establishment of a company.

-Decision theory.

Syllabus of tutorials:

-processing of the business plan of the design studio

-processing of the order for the modification of the vestibule of the Faculty of Architecture

-draft invoice for delivered works and services

-creating a vestibule measurement report, processing a line schedule and a network graph

Study Objective:

The aim of the course is to acquire basic knowledge and insights from economics and their application to the practice of the design studio.
