New research findings in the field of research and development of new materials and technologies, degradation processes, experimental methods etc. Presentations of partial results of the students master theses.

Mosaic of lectures presented by department members, experts from other universities, research institutes and industrial companies giving overview of the newest knowledge and findings in the material sciences in our country and abroad. Subject matters will be continuously innovated according to current requirements and possibilities. Substantial part of the seminar will be presentations of attending students focused on the problems of their master theses. Last part of the seminar will be reserved to the discussion of students dealing with the topic of the forgoing lecture or presentation.
