The course introduces students to the fundamentals of animation and the logic of composition in Adobe After Effects.
The aim is to develop students presentation skills through the use of contemporary technical tools, creative methods, and artistic approaches in the fields of interactive art, performance, light and sound design.
Teaching is based on practical exercises, in which students acquire the principles of animated graphics. The knowledge and skills gained during the semester are subsequently applied in an independent final project, the outcome of which is a short video format.
The course is intended for beginners and emphasizes the development of technical abilities as well as creative visual thinking.

Upon successful completion of the course, the student:
understands the basic principles of animation and the logic of composition in Adobe After Effects;
is able to create simple animated compositions using layers, masks, and keyframes;
is familiar with the timeline and can apply basic animation techniques.
