Synopsis:

The aim of the course is to provide students with advanced (compared to the bachelor's degree) knowledge and skills needed to establish and run their own business or business management, especially in law, administration (necessary steps and documents), business economics, foreign trade and related aspects.

Requirements:

No special entry requirements are required to complete the course.

Syllabus of lectures:

1. Introductory information on the subject, obligations of the company in relation to the state, registers and registries.

2. A corporate as an employer, corporate employment policy.

3. Business model and business case. Corporate strategy and business plans.

4. International trade, accounting and tax aspects related to international trade, infrastructure and logistics.

5. State regulation of international trade. Customs duty and customs regulation.

6. Marketing concepts and strategies, marketing mix. Pricing, psychological aspects of product prices.

7. Business and legislation, legal forms of business, establishment and registration of a company.

8. Legislation and trade, business operations, business obligations, business contracts.

9. Legal protection of products, trademark, objects of industrial property, license agreements.

10. Promotion, public relations and advertising in business activities.

11. E-business, cryptocurrencies - legal aspects, qualified and guaranteed electronic signature.

12. Quality management in the company, ISO quality certification.
