- Study Objective:

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basics of project management so that they can be the right members of the project teams or work as assistant managers. First, students will be introduced to the basics of project management terminology and project planning to meet this goal. They will know the methods of time planning and resource allocation. As part of the team project, they are going through the project team phases. They will be able to identify the key project risks and know the project monitoring approaches.
