Synopsis:

Basic characteristics of elements and automated measuring systems for engineering geodesy. Capacitive, inductive, optoelectronic sensors. Used sources of optical radiation. Selected instruments and tasks of engineering geodesy - measurement of static and dynamic displacements, control of construction machines, automatic targeting of total stations.

Syllabus of lectures:

1. Basic properties of AMS, EMO, passive sensors

2. Active sensors, horizon sensors, bar code sensors, sources of optical radiation

3. Fiber optic sensors. Use of bar code scanning with a leveling device

4. Active sensors, horizon sensors, barcode sensors

5. Horizon sensors

6. Automatic targeting of total stations

7. Automatic monitoring

8. Driving construction machines

Syllabus of tutorials:

Task 1: Checking the road surface.

Task 2: Use of Leica MS60 multistation functions

Study Objective:

Deepening of knowledge in the field of engineering geodesy. Use of modern technologies. Knowledge of processing special engineering applications.
