Synopsis:

The Course will guide students through a preparation of feasibility study and business plan of technologies developed at Universities and research centres. All significant aspects must be considered including Intellectual Property, Competitors, Markets, legal aspects and financing before establishment of technology spin-off or out-licensing the technology. Finaly, this strategic analysis will be used for valuation of the technology.
