Synopsis:

The course develops the practical knowledge acquired in the compulsory course Interior. Students are given a specific task of a selected residential interior or a small-scale commercial interior. They work out the assignment as an interior design project, including the architectural and technical solution of specific details.

Requirements:

Completion of two interim presentations of the project and submission of the final thesis within the scope and deadline as instructed by the instructor.

Week 1: Assignment

Week 2-3: Analysis

Week 4-6: Conceptual and architectural design

Week 7: Presentation of work in progress

Week 8-10: Elaboration of the solution to the prescribed details

Week 11: Presentation of work in progress

Week 12-13: Completion of the project and final presentation

Study Objective:

The aim of the course is to develop design skills in relation specifically to the indoor environment.
