Synopsis:

Annotation: Project definition and production processes. Project Life Cycles. The project goal setting. Organizational structures - project organization, matrix organizational form. Project management team and the project office. The description of the contracts. Network scheduling techniques - CPM, PERT. Management of the resources. Project management information systems. Analytical methods used in the project management. The content of the feasibility studies.

Agil methods - basic overview.

Study Objective:

To understand features of a project. To know how to propose the project, how to create the schedule, how to optimize the resources. The course leads to an understanding of why we are late with a project, why there are cost overruns and what the methods of solution are.
