Synopsis:

The subject acquaints students with good experience in the field of standards of project management After completing the course, students will be prepared to pass the international professional examinations.

Requirements:

- Principles of Project Management course or similar.Basic knowledge of project management.

Syllabus of lectures:

5. PMP standard 6.0 - knowledge areas Project scope management and Project time management

9. PRINCE2 - introduction and main processes
