Study Objective:

After the successful completion of this course, students will be able to explain and apply knowledge related to strategic human resource management, current approaches to people employment, models of providing HR services, HR marketing, employee well-being, employee motivation, commitment and engagement, international human resource management, corporate social responsibility, ethical human resource management, diversity management, performance management, knowledge management, talent management or competency-based management.
